Steven Vandertouw, advent's principal, began shooting professionally in 1989 – before the advent of digital.
Digital photography allows for fast and well-lit images, delivered quickly in a multitude of formats and suits the short appointment times available to busy professionals. To date he has photographed thousands of events, photo shoots and sittings and has the ability to work creatively, in all situations and conditions.

Images are supplied on DVD/CD at hi-resolution in RGB, CMYK or supplied as both. advent offers 10 complimentary printed presentation CDs on the completion of every photo shoot. Proof sheets are also available. Lo-res photos can also be supplied and uploaded to an FTP site for fast free retrieval. (Other file types can be supplied on request)
