Whatever and wherever your corporate event – we can photograph it for you. You, your clients and your sponsors
will be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. advent's team takes pride in punctuality
and the ability to cater to just about any requirements you may have.

For optimum results for event photography it is best to provide us with a brief of the event including
any specific shots you require. If you are in the construction, property or building industry, advent photography
is also licenced to enter building sites for managerial, construction and building photography.

advent's principal Steven Vandertouw has photographed hundreds of events including awards nights,
gala dinners, conferences, luncheons, seminars, roundtables, golf days and numerous other corporate events.

Photographs
Photographs are supplied on DVD/CD at hi-resolution in RGB, CMYK or both, depending on your needs.
Proof sheets are also available. Lo-res photos can also be supplied and uploaded to an FTP site for fast retrieval.
(Other file types can be supplied on request)

Delivery
Your photographs are available usually within 48 hours – slightly longer if weekends/public holidays fall in between.
If you're up against a deadline let us know and we can deliver within a shorter time frame,
which needs to be arranged at time of booking.
Depending on our schedule, we can be on call to shoot at all hours
for those hard to pin down, or briefly in town, photo subjects.
